Infertility Success - Successful Treatments for Female Infertility


  
Female infertility can have many contributing factors. Psychological factors such as emotional stress, tension, depression, anxiety and fear can cause psychosomatic infertility. Female infertility may also be due to physical defects, physical weakness and dysfunction. Infertility due to physical weakness can result from poor health due to some acute or chronic diseases such as gonorrhea, syphilis and inflammation of the fallopian tubes.

 
   Understanding these reasons, it is important to stay away from them. Avoid stress, depression and anxiety. Or better yet, find activities that you can release your stress in a healthy way, like sports, yoga, art or music. You can also prevent reproductive disorders to be very hygienic about their reproductive health

.   You can also find home remedies to improve fertility. An example is the banyan tree. The tender roots of banyan tree is one of the valuable remedies found beneficial in the treatment of female infertility in which no organic defect or birth defects. These roots should be dried in the shade and finely powdered. The powder should be mixed with milk and taken at night for three consecutive nights after monthly periods are over.

   Leaves fresh black fruit could be useful too. An infusion of fresh tender leaves of black berry is an excellent remedy for infertility or miscarriage due to a functional disorder of the ovary or endometrium. The infusion can be taken with two teaspoons of honey or 200 ml of buttermilk.


   The winter grass cherry is another valuable remedy found helpful in sterility. The grass should be sprayed and taken with a cup of milk for five to six nights after menstruation.  Certain nutrients, particularly vitamins C and E, and zinc, have been found useful in some infertility. A woman who is unable to conceive should take 1000 mg of vitamin C, 100 IU of vitamin E and 30 mg of zinc per day.


   There are certain foods that should be avoided when trying to conceive. Excess fat, spicy foods, strong tea, coffee, white sugar, white flour, refined grains, meat foods, fatty or fried foods should be avoided
