Female Infertility - The Stark Truth For Fat and Thin Women


  
No escape from a harsh reality about female infertility - your weight may be the reason why you are unable to get pregnant.

  It is essential that you know how effective diet for fertility and increase your chances of having children who aspires.


Know your BMI   Many studies have shown a woman's fertility may be affected adversely if you are overweight or underweight. This is because one of these conditions may put additional pressure on all vital organs to design successfully. Being overweight or underweight can also lead to irregular menstruation. And if you ovulate erratically, you have a much reduced chance of conceiving a child.


   So if you want to develop, what can you do? Well, it is essential that you know what your "ideal weight" so that you can get pregnant. Why? Because you are at your most fertile when neither too thin nor too heavy. You can do better by calculating your body mass index (BMI).


  You must be at least 18% body fat to ovulate and your best chance of conceiving is when 20-25% of their body mass is a fatty tissue. A BMI of more than 25% of their ideal body weight can stop ovulation as excess fat can disrupt your menstrual cycle, which in turn affects estrogen levels.


  Since estrogen is the main female hormone reproduction, low estrogen levels can cause ovarian being unable to release eggs. So ... you have no chance of becoming pregnant.


Fertility problems for larger women  If you are on the large side, you can be prone to polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) - another cause of infertility in women. Being overweight increases the risk of diabetes and hyperinsulinemia - two other conditions can affect your fertility.


  On the other hand, if you are diagnosed with these conditions and you want to get pregnant using in the treatment of in vitro fertilization (IVF), the chances of success will be greatly reduced.


   Heavier women are also more likely to experience ectopic pregnancies (aka tubal pregnancies that) in which the fetus begins to develop in the fallopian tube instead of the uterus. These pregnancies are simply not sustainable because the fetus can not develop properly outside of the uterus.


  Conversely, if your BMI is too low, your hormone production - particularly vital estrogen production - can be affected and again, your ovaries can not produce eggs that need to fertilize pregnancy.


  That both want a baby? Enough for a discount or pack a few pounds? Eat a balanced diet for fertility and can eliminate many factors that prevent you from conceiving.


  But ... to overcome this obstacle weight to get pregnant, you may need to take a long, hard - and honest! - Look at yourself in the mirror.
