How To Overcome Female Infertility Using These Best Practical Solutions

In general, there are no symptoms of infertility of the infertile women. For some women, obesity, acne, menstrual intervals heavy, irregular or absent, or loss of fluid from the breasts could be early signs of hormonal imbalances that can interfere with fertility.

Artificial insemination (IUI) may be used to help cure infertility by directly placing the sperm in the cervix or uterus. IVF is often a more advanced method where the egg (collected from the ovary in a surgical procedure) and sperm are combined in laboratory parameters controlled. The fertilized embryo is implanted in the uterus of the woman in another surgical procedure.

Changes in eating habits may also be effective in the treatment of infertility. Studies show that consuming excessive amounts of caffeine may be associated with delayed conception in women trying to get pregnant.

The caffeine level in more than two cups of coffee per day was also associated with an increased incidence of infertility due to tubal disease or endometriosis. In a study of alternatives, women who drank several cups of coffee a day had a 50% reduction in fertility compared to women who consumed a smaller amount of coffee.

Caffeine is found in regular coffee, black tea, green tea, various soft drinks, chocolate, cocoa, and many over-the-counter pharmaceutical products. Although all studies have shown that the effects of caffeine female fertility, many doctors strongly recommend that women trying to conceive stay away from caffeine.

Consumption of fish contaminated with polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) can also reduce the ability of women to conceive. Research projects have shown that women who ate more than one meal per month of fish in the waters that are known to be contaminated with PCBs took more to become pregnant than women who consumed less contaminated fish.

Certain lifestyle adjustments may also be beneficial in reducing infertility. Most women smoke, the less they are able to have children. In addition, women whose mothers smoked during their pregnancy are less likely to have children compared to those whose mothers did not smoke. Therefore, quitting smoking can increase fertility.

Alcohol consumption, even in moderation, can be linked to an increased risk of infertility in women by some, but not all, research.

One study showed a greater than 50% reduction in the probability of conception in a menstrual cycle during which participants consumed alcohol. In addition, the level of caffeine seems to increase the harmful effects of alcohol in this study. Women who stayed away from alcohol and drank less than one cup of coffee a day were more than twice as likely to conceive as opposed to those who consumed less alcohol and several cups of coffee day. According to these preliminary experiments, women who want to improve their chances of conception should avoid alcohol and caffeine.

In short, they can not be all the solutions that can help improve fertility but those mentioned above, women around the world can aspire to have a greater chance of pregnancy.
