Not all women can handle the job of work or what they have going on in their lives every day, but the women trying to become pregnant can handle stress by taking more breaks during the day to escape their home or office. It is also important to break the day listening to music, eating out with friends, walking in the neighborhood when it's time and make the effort to enjoy life longer take the occasional hot bath or rent a film comedy once a week a good laugh.
