Managing Diet and Stress to Overcome Male & Female Infertility
My husband and I tried to get pregnant for seven years, but we were trying the wrong way. Yes, there is a wrong way to get pregnant. I want to educate others on the way to avoid having to go through the pain that we have experienced. With the knowledge, male sterility and female can be overcome and a beautiful healthy baby will not only be a dream for you and your spouse, but a happy reality!
Getting pregnant can be the easiest thing in the world for some people. But it can be the challenge of a lifetime for others. If you are challenged with the male and / or female infertility, there is help.
Regime
If you're like me, you've read all the books on healthy eating to become pregnant and you do not want to hear more. Well, you're about to hear it again. I can not emphasize how a healthy diet before pregnancy your body. Getting your body to optimally design is as important as your diet during pregnancy. You should not diet as if you are trying to fit in this tight dress to the wedding of his best friend. But you should be a balanced diet of lean meats, fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Stay away from sugars, processed foods and caffeine.
Stress
Stress alone can prevent conception. This is true for men and women. All the time my husband and I tried, people have always told me "just forget it and it will happen." And my answer was "easier said than done!" But I found ways to occupy my time, so do not always about days and lost cycles. The best way to occupy your time is to have a hobby. Start writing, blogging or taking yoga classes. All these activities can help reduce stress. Believe me, I know from personal experience. But I also learned other methods on the path that finally helped me to realize my dream of being a mother.
