Infertility is a common problem here in the United States.
According to statistics, one in seven couples in this country will experience fertility problems. This means there are approximately six million couples in this country who can not become pregnant through normal means. So if you find it difficult to conceive, you are definitely not alone.
           Part of the problem is that we expect a lot longer than we did once before having children, and other factors such as unhealthy lifestyles and the prevalence of obesity has an impact on our fertility too. If you and your partner are having trouble conceiving may want to have your doctor run a series of tests to see if you can get treatment for infertility, but first you must ensure that you are living right.
First Change your lifestyle
             Infertility can be caused by many factors such as overweight, lack of exercise, smoking, drug abuse and alcohol consumption. If you abuse or neglect, it should not surprise us if you have difficulty conceiving a child. Nor should seek treatment for infertility until you have taken adequate measures to change their lifestyle measures.
            If you and your partner are trying to become pregnant, then make sure that both active lifestyles and healthy life, eat well and avoid smoking, taking drugs or drinking too much alcohol. Take a good multivitamin is also a good idea if you are hoping to conceive. If you changed your lifestyle and still have problems, then it may be time to talk to your doctor about the treatment of infertility.

       The doctor will perform a series of tests to find out what is the cause of infertility. This can be a lengthy process, so patience is a must. Once the doctor knows what the problem he or she will recommend treatment of infertility. Whenever there is a problem with women design tend to assume that there is something wrong with them, but the problem could easily be associated with male fertility.
    Treatment of male infertility is often focused on the problems of sexual description such as low libido or premature ejaculation. Sometimes treatment is required and medication is often prescribed in the effort to eliminate the problem. There are many factors that determine the success is probably infertility treatment of ART. It depends on the type of ART, the age of the woman involved and the level of the clinic that performed the treatment of infertility.
